When will i get my shipment?

Styling Shop & Original Art: Allow 1-3 days for processing and 3-7 days for ground shipping. If you need your product sooner, email us at roseandwrench@gmail.com for a faster shipping rate per the customers expense.

Apparel: Allow 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping. Since we work on a pre-order model, items are created within 2-3 weeks and then shipped out to you. This pre-order model allows us to eliminate waste and be fully transparent with our strive to be more sustainable.

Can I make an exchange?

If you are unsatisfied with the product you’ve received, you can exchange your product within 5 days of delivery. We will only accept products that have not been used or damaged for an exchange, and shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact roseandwrench@gmail.com to process an exchange.

What is your shipping policy?

Use the code SHIPTHEGOODS for free shipping within the contiguous U.S with a $100 purchase. This code covers all styling shop items!

Shipping is available within the contiguous U.S. and charged as a flat ground rate at checkout.

For International shipping, contact us to process an order.

All orders are processed upon payment confirmation.

Please allow 1-3 days for processing.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.


What is your Return Policy?

We do not offer refunds at this time as our individual products are all hand crafted of high quality material with intention.

If you receive an item that has been damaged, please notify roseandwrench@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Photos of the damage must be included.
